At Virginia Run Foot & Ankle, we welcome new patients of all ages. During the initial visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like medical history and primary foot or ankle concerns, and give patients the time to get to know their doctor for personalized care.

Financial Policy

Please arrive early so that we can complete your initial paperwork. Also, please bring the following:

• Photo ID
• Patient's insurance card or cards
• List of current prescriptions and/or over-the-counter medication, including dose and frequency
• Information about patient's medical and surgical history
• Recent test results, x-rays and relevant records

Insurance and Payment Information

Please call Virginia Run Foot & Ankle with questions regarding which insurance plans are accepted. Copayments and charges that are not covered by the patient's insurance are the responsibility of the patient. Questions regarding insurance coverage and benefits should be directed to the patient's employer or insurance company.
